Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Grain Elevator Operator to support daily grain handling operations at our facility. This role focuses on loading/unloading, maintaining grain quality, and adhering to safety standards throughout the shift.

The position is seasonal with a starting hourly wage of $17 and requires adherence to the company safety program. Responsibilities include operating equipment, documenting activities, and assisting with dryers or maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in an industrial environment.
• No prior experience required but having some industry exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate locations.
• Maintain grain quality while stored or transferred.
• Weigh trucks and grade grain where applicable.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform general housekeeping and basic maintenance as needed.
• Operate or assist with dryers and other equipment as applicable.
• Perform duties with adherence to OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Work with heavy equipment where required.
• Other duties as assigned.
