Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during peak seasonal days.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and organizing merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalate when needed.
• Help maintain store cleanliness, safety, and loss-prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, and dress code.
