Job summary

GameStop is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance while representing the Circle of Life in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will greet guests, recommend items, and help maintain an engaging, organized store experience. Prior retail or guest service experience is a plus, with 18+ eligibility and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock to sales floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and company policies; adhere to attendance and grooming expectations.
