Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming needs; make recommendations and complete transactions.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during holiday season.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking; organize shelves and backroom transfers.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder.
• Follow safety and loss prevention practices; adhere to company policies.
