Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak holiday periods. You will deliver exceptional guest service, help customers with video game needs, and participate in all aspects of store operations to support selling and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment, stocking merchandise, and assisting in achieving sales and shrinkage targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and guiding them through purchases.
• Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelving neatly presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals and address guest questions promptly and courteously.
