Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods. Under direct supervision, you will focus on sales, customer service, store maintenance, and execution of in-store programs.

You will greet guests, recommend products, stock shelves, keep the store clean and organized, and help meet sales goals while adhering to company policies. Availability during peak days and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and cleaning to company guidelines.
• Promote and participate in holiday sales initiatives and events.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to store policies on attendance, confidentiality, and safety practices.
