Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service during transactions and help guests with product needs.
• Support store visuals, merchandising, and overall shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; assist in stocking.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise; ensure shelves are presented and alphabetized.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies, including attendance and confidentiality.
