Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak holiday periods. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, gaming-focused environment.

You will greet guests, assist with video game needs, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and help achieve sales goals while following store policies. Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and applying selling behaviors.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise, ensuring good presentation on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Follow all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
