Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and recommending items during every transaction.
• Fully support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, moving products from stock to selling floor, and ensuring items are well-presented and properly sorted.
• Assist the store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and be aware of scams and safety best practices.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
