Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store teams during peak periods, delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This short-term role focuses on sales, store maintenance, and customer satisfaction within GameStop's Circle of Life model. You will assist customers with video game needs, stock and merchandize shelves, maintain clean restrooms, and help the team meet sales and shrinkage goals while following all policies and safety guidelines;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and participate in sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Stock, restock, and merchandise items on shelves and fixtures.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
