Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and recommending items during every transaction.
• Support shopping environment, visual and operational aspects, and store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking merchandise from stock room to floor and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly; escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and be aware of safety best practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
