Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and assist with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during the holiday season.
• Stock shelves and transfer merchandise from stock room to selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, and grooming standards.
