GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak season. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet guests, assist with purchases, stock shelves, and help meet sales goals while upholding store policies and safety procedures. This role requires reliability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video game needs and purchases.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure items are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
