Qualifications

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move through the store for long periods.”
• Strong English verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs; recommend related items and complete transactions.
• Support store operations, visuals and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety procedures.
