Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring from stock room to selling floor.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality, attendance, and ethical guidelines.
