Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending products, restocking, and assisting with inventory control. Must be 18+, with preferred high school diploma and prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain shopping environment during holiday season.
• Collaborate with store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelves well-presented.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
