Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming needs, recommend items, and thank guests after purchases.
• Support store appearance and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; transfer products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to attendance, dress code, and confidentiality policies.
