Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to greet guests and assess needs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and recommending additional items.
• Support store operations including merchandising and cleanliness throughout the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure clean, organized, and merchandised areas.
• Assist stocking/restocking merchandise and ensure items are presented on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
