Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak seasons.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety policies.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures.
