Job summary

GameStop in El Paso, TX is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods. You will focus on sales, guest service, and store maintenance while delivering outstanding experiences.

You’ll greet guests, recommend products, keep shelves neat, assist with stock, and help meet sales and shrinkage targets. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; you must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visuals, and selling initiatives during peak seasons.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise from stock room to sales floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
