Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and applying selling behaviors.
• Support store shopping environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder if needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality requirements.
