GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales periods. You will prioritize guest satisfaction, assist with merchandising, and handle transactions with care and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, previous retail experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role focuses on service, sales, and store presentation throughout the holiday season.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance, during peak season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are displayed clearly on shelves.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals through attentive service.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss-prevention practices and stay aware of safety procedures.
• Follow all GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
