GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store teams during peak holiday days with customer service, sales, and merchandising duties.

You will assist in stocking, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a positive guest experience across weeks of high demand. The ideal candidate shows a friendly, team-oriented attitude, can work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and has prior retail or guest service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensure attractive on-floor presentation, alphabetized when possible.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
