Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommend items, and thank guests at every transaction.
• Support store operations including visual merchandising and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures; ensure items are presented and alphabetized.
• Assist in meeting or exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety guidelines.
