Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and awareness of safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance and confidentiality.
