Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, including visual merchandising and holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist stocking merchandise and keep shelves organized and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and refer issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety practices and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies and maintain professional dress and attendance.
