Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including peak holiday periods.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills are preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with video game needs with strong customer service.
• Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, and diagram form.
• Able to stand and move about the store for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure proper presentation on selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store lead when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and ethics.
