Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service, greet guests, and recommend items during every transaction.

• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Participate in inventory control and loss-prevention practices while following safety guidelines.
