Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with video gaming needs and applying selling behaviors.
• Support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during peak season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of potential scams.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies including attendance and confidentiality.
