Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store maintenance, merchandising, and restocking throughout the holiday season.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow store policies and safety practices and maintain a clean, organized selling floor.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure restrooms and store areas are clean and well-presented.
