Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and the holiday shopping environment.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and transfers from stock room to floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
