Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals with the team.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate as needed to a store keyholder.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
