Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelves organized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
