Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods, delivering outstanding guest service and promoting the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service activities with a schedule aligned to holiday demand; must stay motivated, friendly, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support shopping environment and participate in store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; transfer from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance and grooming.
