Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, helping with video gaming needs, and recommending items during every transaction.
• Support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
