The role requires reliability and flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs, and driving sales.
• Support the store environment and participate in all sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products to the selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
