Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support the shopping environment and participate in store sales initiatives during peak season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and accessible.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
