Job summary

GameStop, a leading video game retailer in Lancaster, is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days. You will primarily focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance while helping ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a customer-centric approach and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and the holiday shopping environment.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation.
• Meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention and safety practices and adhere to store policies.
