GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasons. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with gaming needs, and participate in stock and presentation tasks to maintain an engaging selling floor.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or guest service experience. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to thrive in a fast-paced holiday environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and assist guests with video gaming needs.
• Support store presentation, inventory, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing merchandise on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to attendance, confidentiality, and ethical policies.
