Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods, delivering outstanding guest service and assisting with the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade and reservation operations.

You will help with day-to-day store duties, keep displays tidy, stock shelves, and assist customers on gaming needs while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure shelves are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety best practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies, including attendance and confidentiality.
