• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help the store team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
