GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasonal days. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with video game needs, and participate in day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store initiatives and holiday season sales efforts.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address customer questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow safety and loss prevention practices and adhere to company policies.
