Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak holiday periods, delivering outstanding guest service and assisting with sales, stock, and store maintenance.

You will greet guests, help with video gaming needs, keep shelves organized, restock merchandise, and follow store policies while working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and suggesting additional items.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and company policies and procedures.
