Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak periods. Under direct supervision, you will deliver outstanding guest service and support in a fast-paced gaming retail environment.

You will help with sales, stock, merchandising, and store upkeep, while ensuring a positive guest experience and adherence to company policies. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to cover peak seasonal days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Support store visuals, operations, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure items are presented neatly and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support loss prevention and safety practices and follow company policies.
• Adhere to attendance, dress, and grooming standards.
