Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising during holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
