Job summary

You will greet guests, assist with video game needs, stock shelves, keep the store clean and organized, and help meet sales and shrinkage goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, helping with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the overall shopping environment, visual and operational aspects, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
