• 1+ years in the service industry with preferable high-end hotels.
• The flexibility of multi-tasking.
• Ability to work till early evening, weekends, and Holidays.
• New Mexico Food Handler Certification.

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Using your genuine and authentic personality, you will provide exceptional service assisting the Pool Servers in relaying and running food to the guests of the pool deck conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality.
• Our Pool Attendants are committed team players and will deliver with passion the service and partnership that is needed to assist the guests with any needs in creating a relaxing, comfortable and fun experience.
• Constantly learning and always looking at ways to make things better and more efficient.
• As a committed team player, the Pool Attendant will greet and seat guests to their desired location at the pool offering towels and amenities as needed.
• Being aware and present, bringing your genuine self to your work, we encourage you to engage with the guests so that you will anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• When needed, you will assist in accurately delivering the food to our guests ensuring that the service is seamless.
