Job Summary: As a member of the Hacienda Spa team, the Pool Attendant plays an integral role in representing the Los Poblanos brand and our well-being model. This position will enhance the guest experience by connecting guests to our historic property and organic farm through spa and wellness services. The Pool Attendant is responsible for providing excellent service in the pool area by delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires a friendly, attentive individual capable of working effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promptly welcome and acknowledge guests by name
• Provide an orientation tour of the pool facility, explaining amenities and answering questions
• Present menus and describe food & beverage options
• Prepare and deliver orders promptly and accurately
• Build rapport with guests to understand their needs and create a personalized experience
• Walk assigned areas, remove trash, and service trays
• Restock pool linens and supplies to ensure proper inventory
• Set up and break down the pool area daily
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Assist with guest activities and seasonal offerings
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Create a personalized guest experience
• Foster teamwork and mutual service, assisting coworkers and other departments as needed
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
• Promote spa treatments, wellness offerings, and property information
• Work independently without constant supervision
• Participate in spa trainings and meetings
• Follow opening and closing checklists
• Maintain punctuality and good attendance
• Assist with setup and cleanup of wellness classes
• Support all areas of spa operation as requested

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Must have an alcohol server license
• Must be 21 or older
• Enthusiasm for the LP well-being model
• High professionalism, hospitality, and collaboration standards
• Appreciation for Los Poblanos' unique organic farm setting
