A Pool Guest Attendant’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional guest service and maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck at all times.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to pool lounges, assist with requests, distribute amenities, and maintain deck cleanliness.
• Provide services or assistance to meet the needs of guests, clients, or customers.
• Perform clerical processing, evaluate information, and take appropriate actions to complete tasks or activities.
• Give basic instructions on recreational equipment as requested by guests.
• Collect soiled linens and replenish supplies to ensure area cleanliness.
• Be knowledgeable about all facilities available to guests.
