Total Wine & More seeks a Seasonal Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service and process transactions at the Sarasota location. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser, with opportunities for training in wine, spirits, and beer.

A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, promoting the loyalty program, and maintaining knowledge of ads and promotions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Aufgaben

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience for customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to all laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
